Refund Policy

1. Overview
ReceivableIQ subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing and refunds on our behalf.
2. Refund Requests
All refund requests are handled directly by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
To request a refund, contact Paddle directly:
- Use the “View receipt” link in your purchase confirmation email.
- Visit paddle.net/support.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access until the end of the paid period.
